VAT

All prices are expressed in Euros, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, and are 21% BTW/ VAT excluded and other costs such as levies, custom fees and shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated by BEAUTIFEAU.

For the orders in the Netherlands, 21% VAT will be added to the price.

​

For orders within the EU and a valid VAT number the VAT will not be added during the check-out by entering a valid VAT number. The buyer is fully responsible for providing/ entering a correct VAT number. BEAUTIFEAU is entitled to refuse an order by incorrect VAT number and will charge administration costs.

​

For the orders outside the EU, there will be no VAT, but it is possible that customs charge the shipment with VAT. BEAUTIFEAU is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred within the receiving country.

​

Shipping costs aren’t included in the price. Special rates apply for shipping outside of The Netherlands. With regard to certain payment methods, further conditions apply regarding tot the shipping method and the associated costs. This will be clearly communicated to the buyer.

The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation.

 

SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered as soon as possible. In principle BEAUTIFEAU strives to ship orders the same day when they are placed and paid before 14:00 (GMT +1) on a business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day; BEAUTIFEAU do not ship on Dutch national holidays. The deadline for delivery is 30 days after receipt of the order, with the exception of advance payments where the deadline is 30 days after receipt of payment.

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive your track & trace code from us.

BEAUTIFEAU may provide further information on delivery times on the web shop or otherwise in writing. All deadlines mentioned on the web shop are indicative. No right may therefore be derived from the periods of time stated. 

​

If a product, which is temporarily out of stock, is ordered by the buyer, it will be indicated when the product is available again and will be sent to you. 

BEAUTIFEAU strives to report delays to the buyer by telephone or e-mail within one working day. 

​

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the buyer during the conclusion of the agreement. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing order. BEAUTIFEAU will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

​

BEAUTIFEAU is entitled to refuse an order by incorrect VAT number and will charge administration costs.

 

VISIBILITY PERIOD / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The purchases are excluded from visibility period / right of withdrawal.
